All appointments are fixed at time of booking and require a 33% deposit payment via PayPal Invoice. This is refundable for seven days, from time of payment or, if the visit is programmed before, twenty four hours before the time and date of the appointment to protect your consumer rights, at the time of arrival the deposit is no longer refundable. The balance payment is due at the end of the appointment and can be paid either against a PayPal Electronic Invoice, in cash or by bank transfer on the day. Cheques are not accepted, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations must be notified at least twenty four hours before the appointment so that a new appointment can be arranged suitable for all involved.
